FAQ: Who Can Use EquiLoop?

EquiLoop is used by School-Based Health Centers (SBHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), public health departments, community-based organizations (CBOs), behavioral health providers, and grant-funded programs. It’s designed to support multidisciplinary teams coordinating care and addressing health-related social needs (HRSN).
